The ARIS ASCII Grid Reader is now available for ArcGIS 10.4.1 and older ArcGIS versions.
Since the ArcGIS 10.0 version support for some non-ESRI ASCII Grids:
- Non-square cell size by using keywords XCELLSIZE and YCELLSIZE
- Non-square cell size by using keywords XDIM and YDIM
- Non-numeric Nodata value like "NULL", "NA", "mv", "!", "-"
- Any order of the keywords in the header
